  • Are there any items you don’t move?

    For obvious safety reasons we do not transport combustible or flammable materials. Those items must be safely disposed of before your move. These include items such as: gasoline, propane, oils, paints, aerosols, acids, etc. Certain non-flammable liquids can be packed in plastic bins.


    We move plants but do not guarantee them or the vessels they are planted in. We also do not ship Jewelry, Stocks, Bonds, Cash, etc. Carry that in your vehicle. We will not be responsible.


  • What is the process for getting a quote?

    The easiest way is to call us directly. We will gather your information and put it into our software and can have a quote right back to you. In some cases we suggest scheduling a walk through or a video call to get the most accurate quote.

  • Are we supposed to tip movers?

    While tipping is not required; our guys do appreciate tips. The amount is totally up to you, but as an industry guideline movers typically get 10%-20% of the total bill. This is totally based off your satisfaction and again not expected but greatly appreciated.

  • Do you subcontract out your moves or handle them with your own crew?

    Whether you are moving 1 mile or 1500 miles, we use our own crew. Each of our team members is experienced and trained. We have guys that have been with our team for over 20 years.

  • Can you provide references or reviews from past customers?

    Absolutely. We can provide recent references upon request and you can also check our verified reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau.

  • How long will it take me to receive my things?

    At Phoenix Express we guarantee delivery in 2-3 days to most places for out of state moves.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes, we are fully licensed and we carry both liability and cargo insurance.
